REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
If guests cancel later, they must pay 100% of the full amount.

Check-in time - from 5pm onwardsCheck-out time - until 10am
HOUSE RULES:
No guests are allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of each property.
Children - Are allowed
Pets - Not allowed
Smoking - Not allowed
Parties and events - Not allowed
At least one guest over the age of 18 is required.
PAYMENT TERMS:
To book:50% of the total amount has to be paid when you make the reservation and the remaining 50% is paid 5 days before check-in.
The payment is made through Amenitiz Pay.
VAT is included in the price of the accommodation
THE RESERVATION IS IMMEDIATE.Provided that the property is available and that you meet the payment conditions.
